Who you’re dealing with

The service
blowR is an AI receptionist: it answers calls, takes messages, books appointments, answers approved questions and can invite callers to upload photos or documents. It is software, not a person, and we don’t claim otherwise. We work hard to make it reliable, but no phone system — human or AI — handles every call perfectly, and we don’t guarantee that blowR will.
The free trial
The 14-day trial is free, needs no card details, and carries no obligation. At the end you’ll see a statement of what blowR did. You can walk away and owe nothing.
Pricing
If you continue after the trial, we agree a monthly minimum with you based on your actual call volume — it covers our phone and AI costs. Above that minimum, you choose what to pay each month based on the monthly statement. We may end or change the pay-what-it’s-worth arrangement for new customers in future, but we won’t pull it out from under existing ones without honest notice.
Cancelling
Monthly, cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing month. Your phone number stays yours and we’ll help you move it.
Your responsibilities
- Use blowR lawfully and don’t ask it to do anything deceptive or unlawful.
- Keep the answers you approve accurate — blowR repeats what you’ve told it.
- For your callers’ personal data, you are the data controller: make sure your own privacy notice covers a phone answering service processing calls on your behalf. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it as your processor.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded (like death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, we’re not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost opportunities — and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. That’s the standard arrangement for a service at this price, stated plainly.
Intellectual property
blowR, its software and this site belong to Johannson Limited. Your business information stays yours; you give us permission to use it solely to run your receptionist.
Ending the agreement
We can suspend or end service for unlawful use, abuse of the pricing model, or non-payment of the agreed minimum — and we’ll tell you why. You can end it any time, as above.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
